Does it heat up?
No. There is no heating element, only light. It can feel slightly warm after a few minutes, never hot.
Is it safe for my eyes?
The mask has wide eye openings and comes with two soft eye pads. If the light bothers you, wear the pads or close your eyes. If you have an eye condition or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, ask your doctor first.
When will I see a difference?
Everyone is different and we don't promise results. Give it four weeks at four evenings a week, then decide. You have 30 days to send it back.
How do I clean it?
