1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

3. Products

The Veluna LED Mask is a cosmetic skincare device for personal use at home. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Please read and follow the user manual before use.

Do not use the mask if you are pregnant, if you have epilepsy or a history of seizures, if you are sensitive to light or take medication that increases light sensitivity, or if you have a skin condition or eye condition, unless your doctor has approved it. Stop using it if you feel discomfort. Not suitable for children.

4. Orders and contract

The products shown on the website are not a binding offer. By completing checkout, you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; in that case any amount already paid is refunded.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) or in the currency displayed at checkout and include shipping to the delivery countries we serve. Veluna is not registered for Swiss VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown on our invoices. Import duties or taxes that may be charged by customs in the destination country are not included unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout and is due when you order.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Switzerland and to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. 30-day trial and returns

You can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Customers in the EU also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which our trial includes. Details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Defects

If the product is defective, please contact us. Your statutory warranty rights under the law that applies to you remain unaffected.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the user manual.

10. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
