Refund policy

30-day trial

Try the Veluna LED Mask at home. If it is not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to return

  1. Email us at support@velunashop.ch with your order number before sending anything. We will confirm your return.
  2. Pack the mask with all its parts (mask, controller, cable, strap and box) and send it to the address we give you by email when we confirm your return.
  3. Please clean the mask before sending it back and use a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Outbound shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until the item has arrived. If the item comes back damaged or incomplete through handling beyond what is needed to test it, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Customers in the European Union

If you live in the EU, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day trial includes and extends this right. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to support@velunashop.ch (for example: "I withdraw from my order no. ..."). You may also use the EU model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

Damaged or faulty items

If your mask arrives damaged or does not work properly, contact us at support@velunashop.ch with a photo or short description. Your statutory rights under the law that applies to you remain unaffected.
