The mask
What is it made of?
A thin, flexible sheet of soft silicone that follows the shape of your face. It weighs about 200 g.
What lights does it have?
Seven colours: red, blue, green, yellow, purple, cyan and white, each with five intensity levels.
What is in the box?
The mask, its controller, an adjustable strap, two soft eye pads, a USB cable and the instructions.
Is it a medical device?
No. Veluna is a cosmetic beauty device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Using it
How do I use it?
Cleanse and dry your face, put the mask on, choose a colour and a level, and press start. A session lasts ten minutes.
How often?
Three to five evenings a week. Four is a rhythm most people can keep.
Does it heat up?
No. There is no heating element, only light. It can feel slightly warm after a few minutes, never hot.
Is it safe for my eyes?
The mask has wide eye openings and comes with two soft eye pads. If the light bothers you, wear the pads or keep your eyes closed.
Who should not use it?
Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a light-sensitive condition, have an eye condition, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light. Do not use it on broken or irritated skin. Not for children.
When will I see a difference?
Everyone is different and we do not promise results. Give it four weeks at four evenings a week, then decide. You have 30 days to send it back.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it, then wipe the inside with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry flat. Never hold it under water and never use alcohol.

How much is shipping?
Free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.
Where do you ship?
Switzerland and neighbouring countries.
Returns
What if it is not for me?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price. Write to us first at support@veluna.ch and we will tell you how. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
