Where we ship

We ship to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. The countries available are always shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. As soon as your order has shipped, you receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.

Import duties and taxes

Depending on the destination country and the value of your order, customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are not included in our prices. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU VAT area and may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at support@velunashop.ch with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible; we can only change the address before the order has shipped.
